How much does a storage unit cost?
We offer a variety of different storage units to fit your needs, so prices vary. Check out pricing and availability by clicking “units”.
What type and size storage unit do I need?
This is a great question! It’s important to consider what you’re storing and how often you may need to access it. For example, if you’re using a storage unit to store business inventory or important documents, you may need a slightly larger unit in order to set it up more like a storeroom with shelving and pathways to gain easy access.
On the other hand, if you need a storage unit for long-term storage or for items you don’t access often, you can really pack in a lot into a smaller storage unit.
Do I need to pay a deposit or other fees?
Yes, we charge a one-time administration fee and a small monthly technology fee. Additionally, all customers are required to carry tenant insurance to ensure the safety and protection of their belongings. If you don’t already have tenant insurance, you can obtain coverage during the rental process.
What is tenant insurance and why do I need it?
Tenant insurance is a specialized policy that protects your belongings while they’re stored in a self-storage facility. It covers potential risks like theft, fire, water damage, etc. that could damage or destroy your items. Tenant insurance ensures your valuables are covered in case of any unexpected incidents, giving you peace of mind. You may provide us with a copy of your policy or you can purchase a policy through our website.
When can I access my storage unit?
You have access to your unit 6a-10p daily. 24/7 access is available as an optional upgrade for those who need it.
How do I pay for my storage unit every month?
Our website makes it easy for you to manage all your payments online at any time. Set up automatic payments with a credit card or pay online and manage your account every month with our easy-to-use Customer Payment Portal.
What kind of security does your facility have?
We have 24/7 high-definition video surveillance with a smart entry gate and doors so your belongings are stored safely and securely.
Why should I choose a smart storage facility?
Our facility features exclusive Nokē access, offering “Locate My Unit” and one-touch entry straight from your smartphone. Enjoy the ease of smart storage with no gate codes or keys to worry about – everything is controlled with a simple tap on your phone!
Why should I choose a climate-controlled unit?
Climate-controlled units are important for customers who are worried about humidity and extreme temperature affecting their important belongings such as photographs, books, etc. Our climate-controlled units are also all indoors which also helps reduce dust, debris, and pests.
WHAT SIZE UNIT DO I NEED FOR BOAT STORAGE?
The size of storage unit you need depends on your boat’s total length, width (beam), and height—including the trailer. Here are some general guidelines based on boat type:
- Fishing boats / Jon boats (14–18 feet):
A 10×20 or 10×25 unit usually provides enough space, including for the trailer. - Bass boats / Ski boats (18–22 feet):
A 10×25 or 10×30 unit is typically a good fit. Be sure to confirm the height and width with the trailer attached. - Pontoon boats (20–26 feet):
A 12×30 or larger unit is often required. These boats are wider, so make sure the door is wide enough. - Cabin cruisers / Yachts (26–35+ feet):
A 12×40 to 15×50+ unit may be needed. These larger boats are often best suited for covered or outdoor storage, as indoor units of this size can be limited.
